Kids's Ministry Director
Sunday School is every Sunday morning during the 9:00 service for children Preschool-5th grade.
In Kids Ministry we are working through the Gospel Project together. Here you can expect your child to learn biblical truth, be loved by their teachers and focus on Jesus.
The Gospel Project points people of all ages to the good news of the gospel and equip them to live gospel-filled lives individually, in community, and on mission. Each child gets a recourse to take home with them each Sunday to help them share what they have learned with their families as well as intentional learning together! Amplify Family Nights are held at New Hope Church every 3rd Wednesday of the Month from September through May for children age 4 through 5th grade (and their families). This is a time for families to come and get poured into as we learn together! Our desire through Amplify is help kids find and follow Jesus.
Our volunteers work hard to know each of the kids in their group and love them well. The nights are fun and active with time for worship, separate learning times for parents and students, and awesome Family Activities to end the nights together!
During the night, each family receives a packet that gives great ideas for discipleship and applying what was taught that night. This is just one of the many tools we love to provide to help parents disciple their children in an intentional way!
Wednesday Nights are for Middle Schoolers – 6th thru 8th graders are welcome to join us at the Church building from 6:30PM-8PM for a time of fellowship and fun, and also a time of learning and small group discussion. Our Middle Schoolers really enjoy getting together in groups of 6-10 with a leader who listens and guides them through what the lesson actually means for a 12-14 year old to live out.
Sunday Nights are for High Schoolers – 9th – 12th graders are welcome to join us at the Intersection from 5PM – 6:30PM for a more casual, but deep small group atmosphere. We have fun, laugh, and really dive into topics like how God made us, or what life looks like with God vs without Him. We also have some fun events and trips that we take through the year like: all-nighters, escape rooms and mission trips! Last Summer we went to Chicago!
