MAY I CHOOSE WHERE MY GIVING GOES?

Yes. God is blessing New Hope Church with many exciting ministries!  In order to enable these ministries to continue to thrive, there are multiple ways in which you may direct your giving:

Our General Fund supports many of the ministries of the church including:

  • Preaching and Teaching

  • Children’s Ministries (Sunday School and NH Kids Wednesday Night)

  • Youth Ministry (Middle School & High School Youth Group)

  • Missions and Ministry Partners

  • Worship

  • Technical Support

  • Hospitality

  • Security

  • Design and Decorating

  • Church staffing and facilities

Our Building Fund helps us prepare to minister to people who aren’t yet at New Hope Church.  As the church continues to “Help People Find and Follow Jesus”, we need to prepare our campus and facilities for our growing body.

​

Our Agape Fund is an important fund used to minister to people of our community and within our church body who are facing emergency or crisis situations.   Distributions from this fund are made by the Elder Board and follows the principle of Matthew 6:3-4  “But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret.  Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.”

DO I PAY ANY ADDITIONAL FEES WHEN I PAY ONLINE?

There is a service charge paid by New Hope Church for giving received via credit card transactions.  The amount of this fee is displayed when you donate. You can select to cover this charge in the Church Center Giving App.

MAY I SET UP RECURRING PAYMENTS?

Absolutely, through the "Give" options on the Church Center App and our website you will find options to setup weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring donations.

IS MY CREDIT CARD AND BANK INFORMATION SAFE?

Yes, online giving utilizes Stripe to process payments. Payment security is a priority for Stripe. This is evident through the various measures it uses to protect card information.

Here are some of those security measures, which should put your mind at ease if you’re on the fence about Stripe:

  • PCI Service Provider Level 1 Certification - The highest level of certification in the payments industry.²

  • Encrypted Data and Communication - The service uses PGP keys for safe communication.

  • Money Transmitter Licenses - Stripe complies with legal regulations for payment platforms.
